Easy Enchilada Sauce

enchilada sauce

Enchiladas are a favorite meal in our home, although they do take a bit of time to make. This sauce speeds up that process as it’s really easy to make. I prefer enchiladas with chili verde sauce, while everyone else likes a red enchilada sauce. I’m not sure what the traditional method of making enchilada sauce entails. I’m envisioning something that involves peeling peppers, not whipping up this fast and easy recipe, using chili powder. Not only is this recipe fast and easy, it’s super delicious!
