Meatballs

Makes a large batch of meatballs to eat and/or freeze.
- 3 pounds ground meat we use turkey
- 3/4 cup quick cooking oats uncooked
- 2 eggs
- 2 tsp. garlic powder
- 2 Tbsp. parsley flakes
- 2 tsp. salt
In a large bowl, mix all ingredients.
Form into balls and place on cookie sheets.
Bake at 400 degrees for about 30 minutes.
Serve or freeze.
