Roasted Cauliflower with Smoked Paprika

Easy roasted cauliflower with smokey and delicious smoked paprika added.
- 1 head of fresh cauliflower
- 1-2 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1 tsp. garlic
- 1 tsp. smoked paprika
- salt and pepper to taste
Wash the cauliflower and remove the leaves and core.
Chop into bite sized florets and add to a large bowl.
Sprinkle with the olive oil and seasonings.
Toss to coat.
Spread on a cookie sheet and place in cold oven.
Turn the heat to 425 degrees and bake 20 minutes.
Serve hot.
