Heat up a large saute pan on medium-high heat.
Add 1-2 Tbsp. olive oil and saute the garlic, onion, and peppers.
Stir in the chicken and cook through.
Add the smoked paprika and chorizo, cook through.
Add the asparagus, tomato, and rice. Stir.
Add the broth and bring to a boil.
Reduce heat to low. Cover and simmer for 45 minutes or until rice is cooked.
Season with salt and pepper. Serve.
