Sweet Baked Squash

Traditional, delicious butternut squash with maple syrup and brown sugar topping.
- 1-2 medium sized butternut squash or 1/2 giant sized, cooked and mashed
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 1/4 cup 1/2 stick butter
- 1 cup brown sugar
Spread mashed squash into an 8x12 or 9x13 baking dish
Drizzle the maple syrup on top of the squash.
In a bowl, add the flour, butter, and brown sugar.
Mix until crumbly.
Spread on top of squash.
Bake at 400 degrees for about an hour until hot and bubbly.
Serve.
