Prepare the cheese sauce.
Cook the chicken breasts in a little olive oil over medium heat using a saute or fry pan.
Once browned on the first side, flip and cook until browned on the other.
Check to make sure the chicken is cooked through.
Cool and chop into bite sized pieces.
While the chicken is cooking, heat the tortillas.
In a 9x13 pan, place a layer of tortillas.
Sprinkle chicken over the tortillas.
Add 1/3 of the cheese sauce over the chicken.
Repeat steps above for another layer.
Top with a layer of tortillas and the remaining cheese sauce.
Bake at 400 degrees for 30-45 minutes.
