1 hour Macaroni Salad

Fast Recipe for traditional macaroni salad.
- 1 lb pasta macaroni or any shape
- 1 can tuna packed in water drained well
- 3/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup fresh chopped parsley
- 1/4 up finely chopped onion
- 1/4 cup finely chopped celery
- 1/4 cup frozen peas optional
Cook the pasta according to package directions. Drain.
Cool the pasta quickly by adding ice cubes to the pasta in the strainer and gently tossing.
Rinse with cold water to make sure the ice cubes are melted.
Shake to make sure all the water is out.
Add the pasta and remaining ingredients to a bowl.
Mix well and serve.
