Garlic Rosemary Roast Pork

Easy and delicious Roast Pork recipe with fresh garlic and rosemary.

Ingredients
  

  • 3 lb. pork loin roast
  • 3 cloves fresh garlic
  • 3-4 sprigs of fresh rosemary or substitute dried
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Place the pork in a dutch oven.
  • With a small paring knife, make slits into the top about 1 inch deep.
  • Peel 3 cloves of garlic and slice into 1/8" thick slices.
  • Tuck the garlic slices into the slits in the top of the roast.
  • Add the sprigs of rosemary on top and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  • Cover and bake at 300 degrees for 2 hours.
  • Remove from oven and let rest for about 20 minutes.
  • Slice and serve.
