Garlic Rosemary Roast Pork

Easy and delicious Roast Pork recipe with fresh garlic and rosemary.
- 3 lb. pork loin roast
- 3 cloves fresh garlic
- 3-4 sprigs of fresh rosemary or substitute dried
- salt and pepper to taste
Place the pork in a dutch oven.
With a small paring knife, make slits into the top about 1 inch deep.
Peel 3 cloves of garlic and slice into 1/8" thick slices.
Tuck the garlic slices into the slits in the top of the roast.
Add the sprigs of rosemary on top and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Cover and bake at 300 degrees for 2 hours.
Remove from oven and let rest for about 20 minutes.
Slice and serve.
